[SOLVED] Bluescreen Problem

Hello there,
i had several Bluescreens.
Is a Windows clean install an option to fix it?
If yes:
Is there a recommended way to do it?

Alternatively you can always try a Windows Reset if it will allow you to: https://uk.pcmag.com/windows-xp-2/118555/how-to-factory-reset-windows-10

However a clean install is NOT a guaranteed fix as it depends on what is causing the blue screens. However a clean install will often work when it just a software conflict.
