Did you buy the RAM sticks together as a kit, or separately. Sometimes even the same make/model RAM will cause a BSOD if they are not matched as a kit.
I buy them separately. But i bought the second ram 2 years ago,and this problem happened 1-2 months ago.Can i do something about this?

First confirm that either RAM stick will work. Also have you made any changes to your computer?
Either ram stick works.I tried to scan hdd to find corrupted files and now my pc boots and after 3-4 minutes blackscreen, reset itself and reboot.Maybe its hdd problem.Any solutions or what can be fault?

Unfortunately this can be caused by a motherboard failure. Just to be sure it's not your PSU, try booting into safe mode with two RAM chips. If that works, try booting with your integrated graphics; both work with less power.
