Question Bluescreens and Game Crashes for no apparent reason

Hey Guys ,
So i built a new PC last week , but when i play games like pubg or ark my game or PC crashes and i dont know why , hope someone can Tell me if its my hardware or some driver problem

Specs:
Aorus Elite b450 Mainboard
Ryzen 7 3700x
Gigabyte Rx 5700 xt gaming oc
Kingston A2000 m.2 SSD
Corsair Carbide series spec Delta
Patriot Viper Steel 16gb RAM
Bei quiet System Power 9 power supply

what the wattage on the psu?

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd usage?
ran any memory test?
latest bios?

The wattage ist 500watt
RAM usage is sometimes quite high when i play pubg like 10gb was the highest i saw
SSD works as it should saw no problem there
Did no memory test
And yes i use the latest bios

I get an bsod no Instant shut off and i sadly dont have any other psu

since it new, did you install latest bios/chipset driver?
or try do another fresh os install?

go ahead and do some memory test

GPU was Like 80 to 90 degrees, but i read that its normal for the amd gpus
I already did a new clean install and now it crashes less, but it still crashes and i have the f51 bios Driver because the f52f is 2 weeks old and i dont know If it will be any better

I used the windows memory diagnosis tool and he tells me there are Hardware problems , do you think its the RAM ?
I also do get the memory Management error quite often

exact model of the ram? turn on the xmp memory profile in bios?
