Bluescreens from a possible drive error?

I've always had problems with this computer build I'd put together, and a quick search of my post history would show that I'd had fairly crippling computer issues over the summer, which I posted a thread about as well. Those problems were fixed eventually, however, but began arising again a few months ago when I tampered with the BIOS again.

The computer eventually got into a state where I could not access Windows itself, and so I obtained a bootable flash drive variant of Windows 7 (my build originally used Windows 8) to access command prompt with. Eventually, I figured that it was a problem with my motherboard (Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H), and so this was replaced with a newer one (ASRock Z77 Extreme3). I obtained this new board yesterday with te hopes that it would solve my issues up until this point, but sadly it did no such thing.

Currently, my problem lies in the fact that I cannot access Windows through any methods. My disks were both formatted (Through both the Windows Installation menu and the command prompt method of "format e: /fs:NTFS"), but both of them (A Samsung SSD and HDD) continue to show the same issues. When attempting to boot from the Win8 disk, the Windows logo will show on the screen followed promptly by a 'loading' circle and a bluescreen - at which poing the computer will shut down and reboot. When attempting to boot from the Windows 7 drive, I can go through the entire process of installing windows, and the error does not occur until I reboot to finish the installation. At this point, the screen will display a message stating "setup is preparing your computer for first time use". This message will stay on-screen momentarily before the bluesceen will pop up with an error displayed as "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area".

I have looked online for solutions to this and have tried many of them - all of which seem to fall flat. Chkdsk c: /f /r /x (with or without the /x added) seems to do nothing aside from take up four hours of my time, if I try it on the HDD, and I have thoroughly checked that the memory was not misplaced or corrupted - trying every possible combination with one or both sticks. Changing the SATA Mode Selection away from AHCI in the BIOS doesn't resolve any issues, either, as any other options cause it to bluescreen as soon as the Windows 7 logo is shown.

Is it possible that this is an issue with my CPU? Normally I would suspect the drives, but the simple fact that I'm getting the same issues with both lead me to think otherwise. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 Motherboard
Intelcore i7 3770K Ivy Bridge CPU
Ballistix Sport 240pin 1600MHz 8gb RAM (x2)
Nvidia GTX 780 GPU (Which is not currently inserted in the PCI slots)
120GB Samsung SSD
2TB Segate Barracuda HDD
750W Cooler Master GX Bronze PSU

Hey everyone. I'd posted this thread in the CPU forums a while ago, thinking these issues could be caused by a failing CPU. However, after running Memtest for five passes, it still came up with no errors. This means - I assume - that there is no problem with the memory or CPU. The PSU's wattage easily high enough to support such a build (and has for the last year and a half), and the motherboard was only brought in three days ago while I've had the bluescreen issues for longer.

This leaves the drives.

Before today, I was a bit skeptical of the drives being the issue because both of them exhibit the exact same problem in the exact same way. However, I neglected to mention that the bootable Windows 7 drive I had made was not acquired through an entirely standard method of acquisition, and the bluescreening methods did not begin to appear until after I had attempted to boot Win7 from said drive on both the HDD and SSD. Is it possible that there was a bug on this installation and, if so, would simply buying a new HDD fix this problem?

Also, I should mention that I am unable to use the Seagate drive tester, as apparently the Rufus program will not upload it into a bootable drive, and I have no empty CDs at my disposal. I will be sleeping and should be back at about 10:00 (Central, GMT -6), so any and all responses will need to wait until then. Thanks to anyone responding!
