[SOLVED] BlueStacks not using GPU/maxing CPU use/PUBGm lagging

As the title suggests, BlueStacks 4 is not using my 1050ti AT ALL even while running PUBG mobile. I tried switching from OpenGL to DirectX and vice versa, even tried enabling/disabling the "advanced graphics engine mode" but the GPU still sits at less than 5% and CPU maxes out and never goes below 65%.
Virtualization is enabled in BIOS and BlueStacks is installed on the SSD.
