Bluetooth adapter not appearing in device manager

I just plugged in a wireless network adapter and the WiFi worked flawlessly right off the bat but the Bluetooth is nowhere to be found. I'v tried loads of stuff. In device manager under network adapters i can see the device and it looks to be installed correctly, nut no Bluetooth in DM, Its a qualcomm atheros ar9485wb_eg. The only mention of Bluetooth anywhere is in the advanced properties it asks if i want to enable or disable Bluetooth but nothing is happening. Running windows 10 pro, really stumped.

Looks like thats wireless not bluetooth. Thats why you cant see it

Does it say its got bluetooth as well as wireless??

Yes it does have Bluetooth used it before on different pc
