Recently installed a bluetooth adapter on windows 10, every time I use it I get a blue screen caused by bthpan.sys. Please help or advise on what I should do. Whocrashed report information below:

On Wed 1/31/2018 4:35:22 AM your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\013118-30046-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: bthpan.sys (Unloaded_bthpan.sys+0xE680)
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0xFFFFF80EA6CFE680, 0x2, 0x8, 0xFFFFF80EA6CFE680)
Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\bthpan.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Bluetooth Personal Area Networking
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Solution
USB 2? Its not the newest adapter out there, its likely the win 7 drivers won't work as it could be the chipset inside adapter doesn't have win 10 drivers. I would get a USB 3 unit as it should be newer and more likely to work in win 10.
can you go to c windows/minidump
copy the file(s) to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

bthpan.sys appears to be the Microsoft Bluetooth Personal Area Network, which is a new one on me

What Bluetooth adapter do you have?

Krazilla KZA-BF01 USB 2.0 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter but Windows slapped some generic drivers on it, seeing if that may be the entire issue here. Windows recognizes it as a CSR8510-A10 which is just generic qualcomm device.

Edit: I bought it refurbished from Newegg, could a bad refurbish be the problem? And I went looking for the actual minidump files, but an aggressive disk cleanup schedule seems to have already eliminated them. Trying a new set of drivers found from sevenforums if they work I'll provide a link for anyone in the future having these issues.
