Bluetooth button is missing after upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10

I upgraded my laptop, ACER ASPIRE V 13 v3-371-36f6 from windows 8 to windows 10 last July 29. I really had a great time with Windows 10 but I realized, I cannot use any Bluetooth device especially my wireless Bluetooth headphones. I pres windows key + k to find audio devices and then I tried connecting it and it always fails. Nothing is wrong with my headphones. Then when I go to the settings, there is no Bluetooth button. Did you install the Win 10 driver? Obtain it from your device's manufacturer (not from generic driver download websites).
