Bluetooth code 43

Hello,i have windows 7 installed on my pc when i connet it to bluetooth iam getting error code 43 this device is malfunction pls help me to correct this problem

1. did you enable bluetooth in services? if you did it usually a stack error, caused by Win7 not seeing the dongle, how old is the dongle, do you have win 7 drivers for it, what make is the dongle?

I had this problem with my wireless card, either a reboot will fix or or disabling and re enabling it in the device manager. Leasts thats how i solved it.
