Question bluetooth completely disappeared from pc - windows 11

bluetooth has completely disappeared from my PC. it's not showing up in device manager either.

no updates pending for windows so i'm not sure what to do now. restarted my PC several times.

specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock B650E PG RIPTIDE WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
