Question Bluetooth connection issues… Microsoft failed twice to fix.

Bluetooth reads as having no errors, everything is updated, drivers, windows, etc. Contacted MS support 2 separate times having me both reinstall windows and do a full wipe of my pc. Nothing has worked. I am unsure what steps are to be done. All diagnostics done by me, windows, and the support team have found no errors. Is it somehow a hidden hardware issue? I have tried multiple bluetooth devices, all of which are compatible and work with my laptop and iphone. I have tried to remove all interference but again, no results. The rest of the pc is completely fine. Help.

This may not be the best forum but I couldn’t find anything better, and I’m desperate. What I thought to be a simple fix has turned into a complete pain for me. Nobody has been able to pinpoint anything specific as the cause of issue, and everywhere I look I see things I’ve already tried.
