Bluetooth, controller, smart, tv, dongle, Xbox, one

I have an interesting one for you that's a long shot. I have a 60 inch samsung smart tv that is not compatible to connect to my bluetooth Xbox one controller which I use on my pc for steam games, however the tv can connect with usb wireless non bluetooth dongle controllers. Is there any possible way to use a usb bluetooth Dongle to connect the bluetooth controller and have it run like a wireless usb non bluetooth dongle controller?

Edit: I forgot to state the tv already has bluetooth built in. However does not find the bluetooth Xbox controller. So the second bluetooth would act as a dongle much like a traditional one way connection between dongle and controller. But I don't want to mess my controller either with changing configurations.

Plug it in and see if it sees it, probably won't. It would need to load drivers and may not work without them. The wireless keyboard and mouse dongles work pretty well though with many TVs, I have one on mine.
