Question Bluetooth device having to pair everytime ?

So I recently got 2 off-brand nintendo switch pro controllers. They are able to connect to the PC via bluetooth. However, every time I try to use them, I have to remove the device from bluetooth settings and re-pair them. Any way I can have it automatically pair consistently? I got it to work on my old PC somehow but it's not working on this one.

So basically, I have to re-pair every time I use it and there is no way of connecting the controller just by turning it on?
