Question Bluetooth devices show in Device Manager but won't connect ?

Internal wifi/bluetooth card registering as working in device mgr. When you attempt to pair say headphones, they show up in the device mgr but won't pair even though if you add them as bluetooth devices in Bluetooth and Other Devices they show up as though they are paired but no audio.

Devices attempted to pair that used to pair
Jabra elite active 75t
Sony MX900 headphones
Edifier speakers

Been through all the diagnostics, uninstall, etc.

Bluetooth was working up until 4 days ago. No added software, etc.

Is there anyway to test the bluetooth part of the M2 card short of replacing it, which I did(OEM Realtek 8822) 18 months ago because the wifi had become erratic?

hi, you will need to open event viewer, there will be pointed out why your bluetooth devices cannot connect

Thanks for the idea. Where in the Event Log should I be looking?
