Bluetooth Devices won't connect & Unknown Devices are appearing.

I really hope someone can help, I've looked everyone for an answer and nothing has worked for me. I have tried two different Bluetooth USB adapter and both will not connect my keyboard (tried two different brands) to my PC. The VERY first time I tried to pair my keyboard it did work but then shortly after disconnected and now it won't even show up in the settings at all.

Additionally, I have two unknown devices appearing in my setting and i have no idea why they are there and what they are.

Have you tried connecting to the Unknown devices? Windows might not be recognizing your Keyboard and showing it as Unknown.
Double check your Bluetooth Driver while your at it. You might need to update or reinstall the driver for the keyboard or Bluetooth connector.

I have tried connecting to both unknown devices and nothing happens. These appear even when keyboard is off. I have also reinstalled drivers multiple times.
