Bluetooth driver for hp 620

I have hp 620 laptop but my blue tooth doesn't work, could you help me to make it functioning

Does your model of HP 620 have a Bluetooth adapter installed? It's an optional add-on in most models.

Which Bluetooth adapter do you have installed? Check Device Mananger - Network Adapters to check.

Have you made any major changes in your laptop recently?

When you use the HP Wireless Assistant software is it giving you the option to turn Bluetooth on?
