Hello,

For the past couple of days I have spent countless hours trying to get bluetooth to work again on my PC. I have tried pretty much all of the normal solutions you find when googling the issue, this includes:
Updating the drivers
Tried a brand new different USB Dongle
Countless restarting of the PC while uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
Many mess-a-abouts with the device manager
Troubleshooting
Registry changes.

I'm completely stumped, it started with me attempting to remove a bluetooth device I no longer own, and always claimed ''removal failed''. This prompt me to try everything on this video:

Sadly nothing worked, and now I can't even add new devices. Every time I click ''Add Bluetooth or other device'' as soon as the ''Add Device'' box comes up and I click any option, it just pulls me out of the window instantly. Also note that the Bluetooth is present in the notification section, but completely greyed out no matter how many times I click it.

Can anybody help me? it's becoming extremely frustrating.
