I have a cheapo bluetooth dongle, but it was working pretty well till last week
So it stopped working for me after I went out of its range, and it hasn't connected since, which sounds stupid.
It works in the sense that it detects my headphone when it's in pairing mode, but gets stuck on "connecting".

My headphone is working fine with my phone. The dongle is also working fine in Linux, I can connect properly and everything works, so it's not damaged. Now, the dongle didn't come with any drivers, so it uses the default Windows drivers. I've tried uninstalling the driver and rebooting, other USB ports, but that doesn't fix the problem. This looks like something is wrong with the windows Bluetooth drivers.

Anyone knows how I can really uninstall the driver because I think the driver isn't actually getting uninstalled as it's the one that comes with windows.
Any idea how I can fix this?

Under Bluetooth & other devices are your headphones listed?
Is your Bluetooth dongle connected to any other devices?

No they're not listed. After they stopped connecting, I unpaired them thinking repairing would fix things; but I couldn't pair them again.
I don't have any other Bluetooth accessory except my headphones.

Are you following the steps listed for pairing your headphones with a new device?

"press and hold the Multi-function button for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes green rapidly and a voice prompt says "Bluetooth Pairing". The headphones then are available for pairing with a new device"
