Question Bluetooth headphones audio delay

Wondering what the difference is between a TV's Bluetooth and The Bluetooth of an android mobile + android tablet (if any)?

My wireless headphones work perfectly with both my mobile and tablet, no delays whatsoever. But my TV has a delay of roughly 200ms, enough to not be in sync with lips. Any ideas on why? The TV has audio delay settings but unfortunately no graphic delay setting that I can find, which is what I need.

The headphones also work when I'm at work (truck driver, the trucks have bt).

Different Bluetooth codecs have different latencies, there are a couple of newer ones specifically for low latency but of course both devices need to support it. Its not an area I know too much about but stumbled across when reading reviews of high end Bluetooth headphones. Just google ‘bluetooth faststream codec’
