Bluetooth Headphones Problem.

I bought a JBL E40BT bluetooth on-the-ear headphones a week back. For the past few days only the left side of the headphones is working. The right side is dumb, no audio. I charged it for three hours, as it was given in the manual for the first time in a week, but still no change. It neither works with bluetooth nor with the cable, on any device. Only the left side plays.
I need a solution, please.

This is probably the headphones that have broken. The quick and easy solution is to buy a new pair. The harder but more satisfying route is to take the headphones apart and change the fragile wires inside to some better quality wire.

Actually I am encountering this problem for the second time. I had my first one replaced by amazon. And unfortunately, for the seller I bought it from, no JBL warranty is applicable.
The headphones were good and working for a week, how can something go wrong all of a sudden?
And how to fix it (steps, I am a novice).?

Most likely poor build quality.

Help fixing it please.

(This will void any warranties you have) Take apart the headphones. Desolder any wires to the speakers you see and change them to new wire, which you need to solder where the old wire was. This is extremely time consuming and labour intensive so I suggest that you just buy new headphones from a reputable brand (e.g. sennheiser).

I had the same problem with mine. Took it back to the seller, they redirected me to an official repair shop. The repair shop fixed it, covered by the warranty. A cable soldering got loose, it's a common problem as they stated.
