Bluetooth isnt working after upgrading

I recently upgraded to windows 8.1 from windows 7 and before the upgrade I had Bluetooth and now the Bluetooth is gone. I know I have the hardware part of it because it worked on windows 7, but is there some software that I have to download or am I just out of luck?

go to the maker of your system and see if there is any bluetooth driver for win 8 .

that looked like it was going to work but then it said that there wasnt a bluetooth device, but i used it on windows 7, so i know there is a device....

also check for the wireless driver it could have the bluetooth driver in .

Oh never mind, I had to mess around with some setting and stuff and it finally worked out, thanks though, I needed to download the driver also.
