Hello all,

I was wondering whether anyone could help me.

I have a bluetooth dongle and a bluetooth mouse which I can pair together and use once all the drivers are automatically installed, however, this is the only time it works. Once I restart my computer it doesn't pair the dongle and mouse together and if I want to use the mouse I have to remove the mouse device and then add it again before it works.

I'm using Windows Vista and in the bluetooth settings there aren't many options to use.

Would be grateful if anyone could help.

Thanks in advance.

Victor

Not sure what you mean by stack. If it helps I'm using the drivers that windows installed itself.

Neither the bluetooth dongle or mouse are branded and didn't come with instructions or CDs.

Thanks
