Hello. So I have a refurbished Dell Optiplex 9020. It is supposed to come with bluetooth/wifi but neither is working. I am more concerned about the bluetooth though. I've tried so many things. The "turn BT on" button just is not there. Bluetooth isnt even shown in device manager. I have tried everything here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ont-work/3e7ae13e-77fa-4941-9cc8-e0a713b174e1 (I have the techkey bluetooth dongle as well) - (not working either)
Admittedly, I'm having trouble finding just the bluetooth driver so that may be it, but its not on dell site and I'm not totally sure which brand I am needing it to be for. I used driver booster to update all the drivers (hopefully). The BIOS' are up to date. I also reset the BIOS settings and tried powercycling it. No joy.
I even have that bluetooth dongle that isn't working as well.
I'm not sure what I did to piss Dell off.
