Question Bluetooth not working correctly with Xbox One Controller.

Bluetooth is not working correctly with my Xbox One controller and lately my controller has not been taking input and instead it controls itself.

You might want to go into Device Manager, locate the controller and uninstall the device. Then reboot system. You can also try reinstalling your bluetooth adapter's drivers and see if that brings back the Xbox One controller.

I tried both of your methods of fixing this problem, it didn't fix the problem. In fact it is even worse than before.
