Question Bluetooth not working

I bought a bluetooth external adapter.
I tried to run it in my new win 10, its not working
I tried to install CD given with it, did not work
Tried to uninstall existing drivers of bluetooth to let windows install automatically, it did not work

I get this error

I have no idea how to get it to work. It works fine in my very old win 10 computer, not in latest i7 8th gen!

the device may not be compatible with your windows or try conecting a difrent bluetooth device like a speaker and if it works your adapter may be defective

Knowing the actual BT adapter make & model might help here --- at the very least it would allow someone here to check manufacturer's product page in case there's anything there that might explain why you're having problems with it.

I managed to install driver and make it work
It does not connect to speaker, but connects with headset (without microphone, just audio) and does not connect with phone, etc.

But from another i7, it works just fine
