Question Bluetooth not working ?

Product: HP ProBook 450 G0 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-Bit)

Bluetooth settings correct. Run 'Add device' finds nothing although speaker next to pc.
'Show Btooth devices' shows nothing
Device manager under 'Bluetooth radios' these are listed > [1] Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and [2] Ralink Bluetooth 4.0 adapter . Both updated and ran a 'scan for hardware changes'
Bluetooth discoverable ... marked all as yes

Have you tried uninstalling the device and reinstalling the latest driver in an elevated command? Check to see if your laptop have any BIOS updates pending. have you tried pairing another BlueTooth device with your laptop?

Thanks, not sure about your tips but will Google it and try.
"pairing" another device ...... tried to connect Galaxy with laptop but cannot find it. As mentioned already connecting laptop via BT to 4 different things did not work. Regards
