Question Bluetooth only shows up some time on my PC

I use wireless headphone when at school, mostly for my phone but occasionally i want to use my headphone's on my school computer. Somtimes the option to turn on bluetooth shows up and i can pair my headphones with my computer easily, but other times when i turn my computer on the opion to turn on bluetooth doeen't even show up. My headphones shows up on available devices but it says "bluetooth not active" (translated from norwegian).
sometimes when i turn my computer on and off again it seems to work, but only sometimes.

Can you please tell what troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far to rectify the issue?

In any case, you can start with updating the Bluetooth driver. If this doesn't help, try uninstalling it, obtaining its fresh and latest copy from the vendor's official website, and then reinstalling the driver afresh.
