Question Bluetooth problem

So i have Acer WMR and i need to connect my motion controllers to bluetooth, but in addition when i try to connect my bluetooth headset it doesnt want to connect. Also when i connect headset and then 1 controller i cant connect other one. I am using bluetooth 5.0 dongle. I hope someone helps. Thanks in advance!

Are you using windows 10?

All updates done? Windows and drivers

what hardware are you using?
laptop or pc? which brand and model?
CPU, motherboard?

Which bluetooth 5 dongle is it exactly?

Which headset are you using? Might not be compatible with WMR while it is using bluetooth

I am using winodws 10, everything is updated. I`m on pc
-MB gigabyte aorus elite
-CPU ryzen 5 2600
-GPU gtx 1070
-RAM 16 gb 3200mhz
i use some generic nobrand dongle and xwave mx350 headset
