Bluetooth software

i broke my phones screen the other day so i think i found a way to connect it with my computer via bluetooth. however i also reinstalled the os the other day and my bluetooth software isnt there. can anyone direct me to a place on the web to get it. thank you

depends on what bluetooth software your looking for. I remember I had to reinstall the drivers for my laptops built in bluetooth when i reinstalled it. But anyway on my desktop i use Blue Soliel which came with my dongle, which I believe is downloadable.
