Bluetooth speaker phone for my car

Hi all, I just bought a Jabra Tour bluetooth speaker phone for my car so I can use my blackberry phone hands-free. I read in the documentation that came with it that you shouldn't use this product in the cold because it will reduce the battery life considerably. I live in Canada so we get winters here for a few months out of the year and I'll leave this device in my car when its parked outside during the day. Are there any bluetooth speaker phones out there that can be stored in the cold? or are they all like this?

Far as I know they all use the same type of battery and all batteries will be affected by temperature to some extent. That's why you should get higher quality car batteries in rougher climates.
