Hello everyone,

I just completed my first build yesterday, with an i7-7700K, an ASRock Z270 Killer SLI/AC motherboard, 8GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport memory, and an MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6G graphics card. When I first started my computer, all Bluetooth devices paired and functioned normally. However, this morning, my Bluetooth devices (mouse and keyboard) simply stopped responding. I restarted, reset the module, and troubleshooted. This fixed it, and the Bluetooth started working again. However, the Bluetooth stopped working again a few hours later, and I haven't been able to fix it. I have disabled and enabled the module, I have uninstalled and installed it, I have checked to make sure all drivers are updated, I've restarted my computer, I've even entered BIOS but I couldn't find anything, I've done everything I can possibly think of, but I can't get the Bluetooth module to work. Wifi works fine. I'm really hoping I won't have to RMA it, because school starts soon and I won't have much time. Please please help. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I found one article with similar question about same board - https://www.reddit.com/r/ASRock/comments/6kkja3/z270_killer_sliac_bluetooth_issues/

do you have latest bios? I can't see anything on the bios descriptions that mention bluetooth though.

you could try the newer version of drivers direct from Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26944/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10-
