Hi all,

Some background; built a new PC around three months ago; my room is a bit of a Wifi deadzone and my PC was getting zero Wifi connection; subsequently got a Wifi booster and it now works fine - however, this booster appears to be interfering with my bluetooth on my PC; I can’t connect my AirPods or controllers or any other peripherals via bluetooth - I suspect the booster is the issue as once you turn the booster off, bluetooth connection is seemless.

Is there a way for the two to co-exist? I dislike having to use wired earphones on my PC at this point!!

Thanks

Try turn off the 2.4g radio in both your pc and the repeater so it only uses 5g.

Try putting the so called "booster" in a different location. You are not really suppose to be putting repeaters in the same room as the end equipment. For optimum results it needs to go about 1/2 between the main router and the end device.

Wifi and bluetooth should not interfere. In a laptop they are the same physical card and use the same antenna and do not interfere even those both run on the same 2.4g radio channels. The way the signals are transmitted are very different so the electronics some how can run both at the same time even though they directly compete for the same radio bandwidth.

My guess would be is the "booster" thing you have is either defective or is some garbage made cheap in china that is sending out some interfering signal it should not.
