Bluetooth Windows 7

I recently made settings to my bluetooth, windows 7 to prevent other devices from finding me. Now I want to use the bluetooth device but application tells me ''Bluetooth power Off'' or ''Bluetooth not ready'' I cant remember what settings I made, I have tried to solve this issue via the settings but it wont just work. Can you offer assistance, please.

I don't use Bluetooth myself, but I have four Bluetooth services (disabled).

Bluetooth Device Manager
Bluetooth Media Service
Bluetooth OBEX Service
Bluetooth Support Service

Go into services (Start and type services.msc) and see what Bluetooth services you have and if they are enabled. Some might set to 'manual' from 'disabled', or set to 'automatic' from 'manual'.
