Bluish black screen after graphics card drivers is installed

Ive been getting a bluish black screen after the windows login screen in windows 10

I went through to safe mode to uninstall my graphics card and then my pc boots up perfectly. Once i try to reinstall the graphic card the moment the driver is done installing the screen goes blank again.

Ive been searching for a way to fix this problem for a while now and i really hope its not that my graphics card has kicked the bucket

Are you installing official driver from NVidia or AMD website?

Do tell your GPU model and operating system.

Try older driver version.
