Blurred horizontal appear on new monitor.

I bought a new samsung s24d360 monitor. After a few hours of usage, some horizontal line appear. They are discolored(not white or black). The issue can be solved after opening and closing the monitor but after a few hour these same line reappear. I tried to screen cap the desktop but the image doesn't show these line. I check the vga cable and updated the drivers. Computer specs: amd-fx 6300, 8bg ram, gtx640 and windows 8.1.

Make sure your VGA cable isn't near any other cables - they're very susceptible to interference, especially cheap cables at high resolutions. Try DVI or HDMI.

I changed it to hdmi and the issue still persist. These line appear at the same places I just it's more of a hardware problem. The weird part is that opening and closing the monitor solves the problem but doing that every hour is annoying.

That's a hardware fault in the display, definitely. Send them that picture and return it.
