Hi

I have a 1440p , 165Hz monitor connected via a DP cable. When only using this monitor, I get the full res. and refresh rate.

But when connecting a 1080, 60Hz TV (or any other 1080 monitors, connected using either HDMI cable or HDMI to DP converter) , I get blurry screen on my main (the 1440p), unless I lower its refresh rate to 60Hz.
Furthermore, if i leave it at anything above 60 (120, 144, 165) in the windows settings it says:

Desktop mode: 2560 x 1440p, 165 Hz
"Active signal mode: 1920 x 1080p, 165 Hz"

My CPU does not come with iGPU, so I can't connect the second monitor via MB.
Have tested the GPU Scaling, turning off FreeSync, reinstalling and updating the driver, etc. Only lowering the refresh rate works.

Any suggestion how I can connect more monitors and get the full refresh rate on my main?

Somewhat solved the problem...
By turning off the FreeSync, that problem is solved.
But now I cannot activate HDR as long as I'm extending my main monitor!
