Blurry choppy video on CBS and NBC online

Hi, I have blurry choppy video on CBS and NBC online, trying to watch shows I can't get on Hulu...

It's never really happened before, so I don't know what is going on... (Same computer)... Youtube plays perfect

My graphics card is an Intel HD, and it says it's the latest and greatest when trying to manually update it... Win 8.1

Any ideas???

Have you tried different browsers and having you trying viewing the video in Safe Mode with Networking?
