Hi!

I recently had my D: drive replaced, windows reinstalled on corrupted C: drive, and screen replaced. Upon getting my computer back everything looks like its in 720p. Even though every setting shows 1080p, it still appears to be 720p. It's definitely noticeable in videos - not text, especially when there is movement. When I received the computer back, it did not show my 1 TB. The person from the repair shop had to teach me how to partition a drive over the phone. Could I be overlooking a setting or could I possibly have been swindled? Maybe it's not using my GPU properly for some reason?

What does 'screen replaced' mean? Did you get a monitor fixed or did you get another monitor? When you received the computer and noticed it did not show your 1tb hard drive, did you ask them about that and if so what did they say? Why did you need to partition a drive after the computer was repaired?

It's possible that the videocard drivers were not installed, and that would explain why the graphics don't look right. You can fix that by downloading the latest drivers for your GPU and installing them.

The solution to it should be on the monitor switches. There's a switch pressing upon which the screen display is adjusted to to the resolution and stuff. This worked for me, should work for you too.
