Recently I changed some display settings for my Samsung TV (both using Windows 10's display settings and on the TV itself) and now the display is blurry. The TV worked fine before when connected to my PC and now it's blurry despite all the settings being set back to what they are originally.

I have a laptop with the resolution of 1366 x 768 connected to another monitor via VGA (display 2: 1440 x 900) and the monitor I played with the settings with via HDMI (display 3) which is the one having issues.
I believe the culprit is the Desktop Resolution being 1366x768 and the Active Signal Resolution being 1920x1080. I can change the desktop resolution to match at 1920x1080 in Windows 10 settings but it's still blurry and there is no way to change the Active Signal Resolution or the resolution on the TV.
One thing that is interesting is that I have an HDMI switch connected to this Samsung TV with another computer (Win8.1) so I can switch between my laptop and the Win8.1 computer. When I switch to the blurry display for my laptop, the TV says: 1920x1080 @60Hz. When I switch to the Win8.1 computer the same TV says: 1366x768 @60Hz and the display is working clearly without any issues.

Left (1366x768 @60Hz) is the entirely separate Win8.1 PC which is working perfectly.
Right (1920x1080 @60Hz) is the laptop connection which is really blurry
Both displays are from the same TV connected via an HDMI switch.
Have been trying and resetting different settings for the past few days but no results. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the blurry screen definitely isn't fun to deal with.
Thanks,
