[SOLVED] Blurry picture

Picture blurry when I install amd driver for the gpu
When I cleanly uninstall driver display is fine using the basic Microsoft settings.

PSU JUSTOP PRO 500W
GPU AMD HD 8470
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
INTEL Core i7 CPU
12 GB RAM
Using a Samsung TV as monitor

Offhand, It sounds like the AMD is using a resolution that is not set at the native resolution of the TV.
