Blurry Recordings Issues

Hey, i own a HP pavillon pc (windows 10) with an intel core i5 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR5 FH GFX graphics card and every time i record CSGO demos using OBS it becomes choppy and very blurry how can i fix this so it records atleast at decent quality and smoothly? are there any recommended settings i should try etc please help.
