Blurry samsung monitor , resolutions doesnt match in monitor settings with software

Hi, am having trobules with blurry resolution on my other screen..
On my primary screen i have full hd..
but second one should be 1680x1050 .. thats recomended, i tried even other ones, i tried chaning scaling and some stuff i found on google, but blur is still there..
And i think i know why.. whatever resolution i set, when i go to monitor informations (with buttons on monitor) .. its says that monitor is using full hd resolution, even tho in software its other one..

Anyone knows how do i change this? Monitor is samsung 2243nw

Also i am using displayport to vga adapter connected on graphic card.. but i dont think that should be a problem..

first of all reinstall the graphic driver with the help of DDU.
after reinstall your resolution and color policy are set to be default by drivers .
if there was no improovement thats mean your cable is failed to produce native resolution
