Blurry screen after GPU upgrade

So, I have just upgraded from HD7870 to a R9 390 Nitro-OC and my screen is a bit blurry, fuzzy if I may say so. My native resolution is 1920x1080 and I use an LG M2262D TV screen connected via the GPU's HDMI cable.

I've already scoured the web for any info and I've found that I cannot set overscan to 0% since the desktop gets too big for my screen.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix the issue?

Did you put in the card without uninstall old driver first?
