Blurry screen can't be fixed

My brother was playing Five Nights at Freddy's 2 and I was sitting next to him. He was playing one night and died and he accidentally pressed the windows button. Then the monitor did the auto adjust itself and the screen on my highest resolution became blurry. I checked and the game was locked on 1024x768 resolution and I tried to set the monitor on that resolution and everything got clear but normally bigger. But as I said, when I put it on my recommended resolution (1360x768) it becomes blurry. I restarted my computer many times, plugged out the cables and put them in again, reinstalled the drivers on my graphics card and reinstalled my monitor drivers but nothing helped. Any idea on how do I fix this? My specifications are:

AMD ATI Radeon 4650 HD 1GB
AMD Phenom 8600 Triple-core processor
4GB RAM
Motherboard is Foxconn M61PMV
Monitor is Samsung SyncMaster 943sn

your recommended resolution should be 1366x768; that might explain why its blurry.

Earlier it was okay with that resolution but after playing the game it became blurry on that resolution.
