Blurry Text From Dell to Philips

I have an 4 Year Old at least Phillips HD TV hooked up to my Dell Desktop, I tried everything including adjust CLEARTYPE text option. Looks like the TV is jus too old. But been watching Youtube videos that come in great, just the text is super blurry. I think I need to get a smaller HD TV ( Less then 32 Inch) then I can watch video and browse but for now I guess I have to use both screens (my monitor as well) to browse as normal.

I've had similar problems on newer high quality Samsung smart TVs and I resolved them by finding online optimal TV picture settings from somewhere like TWEAKTV. If you can find a set of calibration values for your model they may help.
