Blurs form in some programs

Hi guys, i really need some help. Recently i have noticed that when i open slide show in power point or play League of Legends... everything becomes fuzzy or blurry. check the link u get an idea... any suggestions to solve issue is greatly appreciated.

did you unshare image as its hard to look at as it stands?

did you check you have latest GPU drivers?
