Blurtooth not detecting

Hello,
can any one tell.....how to detect bluetooth in inspiron 1564

Look at the bottom of your laptop /side of your PC and find the service tag.

Then go to the dell website and into the support section and use that code to find the driver for your bluetooth driver. If that doesn't fix it, call dell and ask for help.
