I am at the end of my rope. Today, when I went to turn on my computer, it started booting. Right after the loading windows screen disappeared, I got a bluescreen which siad something like "a process crucial to your system was interrupted or stopped." Startup repair said that the problem was the registry. When I restored from an image I made in september, even after reformatting, that error still happened. Help!

I was able to grab some files I wanted off of the first drive. However, when I put in an install disk, it said that windows could not be installed to this drive, something to do with it being bootable or drivers. Fuck, now I think I might have a dead hard drive.
