Blutooth driver isssues

I recently bought Bluetooth headphones for my computer but late found out that my computer doesn't support Bluetooth. So I bought a Bluetooth dongle, and set it up with the default driver windows provided me with and sure enough my headphones paired. The only problem is that the audio is really laggy (about a second behind) and makes it really hard to watch any sort of media online. So i was wondering if any of you guys had a link to a better quality driver I could download or if maybe my Bluetooth dongle is to blame? (I know its not the headphones because i tested them with other devices.)

The headphones I use are some cheap ones I found on amazon called Bludeio H plus turbines with Bluetooth 4.1, and the dongle I use is the sound bot SB340 (with Bluetooth 4.0 I believe).
