Bmp to Dll conversion

Hi guys...
Any idea how to convert Bmp file to Dll asks them compress several Dll files into one file.
I asked similar question but no one replied.
I need to make my custom boot screen for windows 8 so I need to make some modifications to the Bootees. Dll file

You can't, they're completently different file types. A .bmp file is a image file like JPGs and GIFs. A .dll (a.k.a. direct link library) is a program file, like .EXEs, whether this is a primary program or service for another program.

The only .dll files I know of are used for the "dynamic link library". .bmp is a video file. I don't think what you want to do is possible or necessary.
